Keep quality tools, cut subscription waste.
Most people don't need fewer AI and SaaS tools — they need the right tier, on the right billing cycle, with the duplicates cancelled. We compare plans on price-per-value so you can keep the tools that earn their keep and cut the ones that don't.
How it works
1. List what you pay for
Add every AI and SaaS subscription to the calculator — name, price, and whether you pay monthly or yearly.
2. See the real annual cost
Monthly prices look small and add up quietly. The calculator totals your true yearly spend and compares it with an $800/year benchmark.
3. Switch, don't just cancel
For tools you'll keep, annual billing is often 15–20% cheaper. For tools that overlap, our comparisons show which one covers both jobs.

Start with the calculator
The fastest saving needs no new purchase at all: it's the billing-cycle switch on tools you already have. Our Subscription Savings Calculator shows your monthly and yearly totals, estimates what switching monthly plans to annual billing would save, and flags how your stack compares with an $800/year benchmark.

How we reach a verdict
Our comparisons are research-based. We read official pricing pages, vendor documentation, and published plan terms; we record the date we checked every price; and we re-check prices on a schedule. We do not claim hands-on testing we haven't done, we accept no paid placements, and affiliate links never change a verdict. The full method is on our Methodology page.
